I use to always receive great service but waited ages to get my order this time. I had to email after a week to check what was happening and be told to complete a consultation form. Unsure why no one contacted me to tell me when the order was placed so ended up waiting about two weeks to get my order

Our Environ products are subject to consultation, which we do clearly outline on our website. Alongside this, we do ensure that a new form is emailed when needed. These are required every 4 months, to allow us to release your order. This is due to the high concentration of active ingredients within the Environ range and is imposed directly by Environ to ensure the safety of our customers. The order was ok but they sent me an out of date sample with it. When I’ve emailed them and the brand to advise I’ve heard nothing back from them only the brand. Poor customer service

Took an eternity to send th r product. When I followed up they said delay from the manufacturer and asked if I want a refund instead/ I confirmed I would like a refund on tbe same day , two days after the product was delivered (about two weeks after i ordered). Not worth the hassle. Ordered the same product from another company in the meantime Was delivered two days after

I think I've been unlucky. It took them several days to send my parcel (it was a big spend too, £300 plus), no reason was given why it took so long. On top, I've experienced tardy responses to emails, no-one ever answers the phone, no-one has ever called me back when I've left a message, and then I'm endlessy emailed for feedback. So here it is, as honestly as I can state. I don't think the onlne shop is as important to thm as the salon, which is fair enough. Compared to other places I buy Envrion from, I've also found the BB dates on items I buy from Face the Future, are short. I will buy from them in the future on discount days, but I will be looking for imemdiate dispatch and checking the BB dates on creams before I buy etc. I supect they will say, oh it's down to the warehouse, we don't know, but I'll give them one more chance.

We have also ensured that your feedback regarding the Best Before dates has been passed along to the relevant teams In regards to your order, as it was placed on the 11th February and dispatched from ourselves on the 17th February, we did meet the 2-7 working day shipping which was selected at the time of ordering. Due to the issues you had faced and the experience you had had, a member of the team did however upgrade this to ensure it arrived with you promptly. FtF is inconsistent and sometimes quite rude. On occasion I have to chase my order, waiting a week before anyone replies and then it’s with a lot of attitude as though FtF believes I am in the wrong. When I use my FtF points to get dpd delivery, FtF changes this and does not inform me, and again I have to chase and met with attitude. One of the few reason I stay with FtF now is because they joined Virgin Atlantic Flying Club, so I can earn miles according to the amount I pay. But if I use F2F points to get a discount for my purchase—a whopping max £10 on products that start min £30– I should still earn Flying Club points on the balance, but F2F cancels and refuses my points. If you shop at Sainsburys and use a voucher you can still collect nectar points on the remaining spend. Flying Club brings a lot of additional business to FtF and if FtF doesn’t agree, I don’t know why they penalise the customer. No one reads or responds to these reviews so I’m not sure why FtF deserves any more loyalty.

My first order was fine but my subsequent order was wrong and I’ve had to inconvenience myself to get this sorted. At time of writing this review I’m still not in receipt of the correct item.

Bad communication from company. Didn’t seem to care when my order didn’t arrive. Eventually collected the order (even though I paid for delivery) item came as described that’s why I’ve given 2 stars

When I placed my order, the website stated I would get a 20% discount on my first order using code MOBILE20. Well I didn't. I placed my order online, entered the discount code in the appropriate box and it wasn't accepted. I carried on with the order as I needed the products but I emailed you on 7 December about not getting the promised discount. To date, I have not received a reply to that. So, I am happy with the products and delivery time but disappointed with customer service.

We had recently switched couriers to try and ensure that all parcels were still delivered within the timeframe quoted whilst Royal Mail are having ongoing strikes. Unfortunately, due to the volume of parcels the courier is receiving to process this time of year, and us as a company newly transitioning over to them, this hasn’t come without it’s challenges. We have a dedicated member of the team working with the courier to ensure all outstanding queries are dealt with promptly.
