“A really positive first experience of purchasing from this company. 100% recommend & will definitely buy from here again. My order was dispatched very quickly but Royal Mail somehow managed to send it to Heathrow (for international mail) even though it was staying within the UK. I contacted Face the Future after my parcel was stuck at Heathrow for some time & the customer service representative went above & beyond to get my goods to me ASAP. The way a company handles queries speaks volumes, I think, and the response here was top notch, even though the issue was down to RM and totally outside the sender's control. Special thanks to Suzanne! Goods themselves (Gatineau tanning products) were really well packaged and price was a bargain. I've rated the delivery time based on my replacement parcel as it's unfair to give a poor rating for RM's mistake.”

“I have tried apple cider vinegar plus a well known anti redness cleanser and moisturiser, clinisept and various other roscea treatment This is the very first time my roscea is calm and not bumpy I really want to believe it works for me and so far it is a 10 out of 10 . Good ordering system and at last something that works”
