“Wouldn't shop here again. I bought some products Face the Future market as being sensitive skin failsafes, and yet they gave me a horrendous reaction. I emailed some photos of the state of my skin after using the products and just got back a stock email saying if I'd opened the products and wasn't 'satisfied' there was nothing they could do. It's not about being satisfied, it's about products ruining my skin! I thought this was such a poor response and I'll never shop here again.”

“Very poor service.....free gift after spending over £125 not sent in original order and even at Christmas would not send gift separately.....shows what type of company they are! Even if a mistake was made by the customer, any reputable company would have sent the gift. I WON'T EVER BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!”

“I live in Canada. We were on a river cruise in Europe and liked a certain lotion (Espa Bergamot & Jasmine) but found out it was unavailable in Canada. We found that Face The Future sold it but they were in the UK. Ordering product from the UK gets you concerned about tariffs and customs. A charge for shipping and expected customs was added at checkout but it suggested there may be more when it arrived in Canada. The delivery was handled by Canada Post and it was delivered with no extra costs. Very smooth.”
