“Hello, I have been a regular customer of yours for many years. However, I find your rewards system is punitive. I have collected many reward points with you , but I find that having to spend a minimum of £100 to just redeem £5 is not at all fair. I was going to order 2 products from you worth £50, but instead ordered them directly from Medik8 where I was able to use £10 of my reward points for exactly the same purchase.”
