“Absolutely hopeless customer service. They sent the wrong product and when advised of this requested evidence. This was provided with a request for a return label and they then asked for an email requesting that they process a return. This was provided with no response. A follow up also elicited no response. Gave up in the end. Hopeless and beware.”

“I ordered some 'Altruist' sun cream, which was less expensive than other retailers. In addition, it came with a free small tube of the same product. By purchasing another small tube, I got free delivery. The delivery was very fast... two days after placing the order. Ill definitely us Face the Future again.”

“Parcel arrived in good condition. Items well packaged, so no spills or damage. All items included that were ordered. Genuine Elemis products that were in date.
