“The order was delayed in being dispatched. However, the Face the Future was very honest about what caused the delay and addressed the problem as fast as they could. The customer service who answered the call updated me on the new dispatch date. Once dispatched, the order arrived within 2 working days!! The product matched what I placed an order for. I ordered BIOEFFECT EGF Power syrum. The batch I got still has a long shelf-life. I was very nervous ordering this product through Face the Future the first time… but they have proved themselves trust worthy. Thank you for your honesty and good price and good product.”
