“Having bought 3 times and everything great. Wide range of brands and good offers. Quick delivery and well packaged. The use by date of the products is 2027 Great customer service and communication. In the last order I had an issue (not fault of the company) and customer service (Jade) followed up with me by phone and email and resolved very quickly. I'll continue to use it for purchases in future.”

Hi Rajni, We have looked into this and can see you reported this to us in June, our customer service team assisted in June and provided a full response from the brand. “It was the first time when I ordered from Face The Future. I done something wrong with my orders. I didn't know that at first of course. They called me back, sent an email make sure what exactly do I want as soon as they could. Everyone whom I was talking to were very helpful and supportive. I'll be they costumer in a future. “Had a consultation with Suzanne, who was very knowledgeable and professional. She helped me get back on track with my skin care products. I've used Environ for over 15 years it's a wonderful product but Suzanne helped me to understand that I needed a little boost. No hard sell, gave me a few options. “Unfortunately I would like to review my purchases but I have not received them despite an email from Royal Mail advising they would be delivered yesterday, Monday 1st December. On the tracking it says the parcel is still at a sorting office in England”
