“Ordered Altruist Sun Spray on 22nd May - it didn’t get delivered till 10th June. Too late for my holiday, I had to travel 34 miles round trip to a bricks & mortar shop to buy a replacement. I made 2 enquiries by email & got the same (AI) response, which had no delivery date. Very poor service, I won’t use this company again.”

“Smoothless thank you! It'd have been a 5 star , I only deducted one starbecaue I had to go back and check what you'd charged me because the tracking was saying there were two items. I was worried you'd charged me twice. After checking my ban statement and as there was only one delivered and one I paid for .. Phew.”

“I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. I ordered the Omorovicza Queen of Hungary Mist (100ml) expecting the current version advertised on the website. Instead, I was sent outdated stock. When I contacted customer service, they claimed the packaging had only "recently" changed. This is flat-out incorrect. I bought the new version from a different retailer over six months ago. This "old" version is currently being sold at a heavy bargain on other platforms, yet I was charged same price as new version of it here. Advertising the latest luxury product while quietly shipping off old warehouse inventory is dishonest and highly misleading. A premium price tag should guarantee factory-fresh, current stock—not a downgrade.”
