“Hi, the delivery driver left my package in the wrong location and it was stolen. I’ve asked around and looked everywhere, but unfortunately it’s gone. The only information the delivery person could give me was to contact you directly to see if there’s anything that can be done about this situation. Could you please advise me on the next steps?
