“Love this company. Great value products with plenty of special offers. Good information about products and skincare. The special edits are a great way to try new products and make good gifts for family. Very quick delivery. Excellent customer service. I had a query about my latest purchase, my error, not theirs, and this was resolved very quickly. I used to use several beauty sites. Now the only reason I might use a different company would be if I could not get what I needed at Face the Future.”

“Have used FTF for years, must admit over the last few months the service is going a little downhill. Even though I “qualify” for express packaging orders still take around a week to arrive, used to love the loyalty points and programmes but getting rid of these and not receiving any samples with purchases (even big purchases) prices aren’t massively reduced anymore, very little incentive to shop here anymore I’m afraid”

Unfortunately, brands have stopped sending us small samples to add into each order, but we do often have offers on the website where if you spend over so much within certain brands, you can get a brand-specific gift.
