“Super online shopping experience. Loved my candle not forgetting the free gift which was a travel candle by the same company Rathbornes and some free samples I was delighted thanks. “I have an issue with one of the products I recently purchased. Have e-mailed FTF three times but not received any acknowledgement or response. Yet they chase me to review them? Very poor customer service. I won't be using them again”
