Hi Jenna, Thank you for your review. The customer service team replied to your query the next business day, our opening hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. From your tracking your parcel was delivered within the standard delivery time that was chosen at checkout. “Rude customer service. Completely unhelpful. Very misleading site. Their rewards scheme has really gone down hill since they altered it from a percentage discount to a limited monetary amount. Means less of a saving for the customer.”
