Ordered item 12 days ago. Not received item yet. Now Two days before Christmas. I will be returning item if and when it arrives. I won't be using them ever again. Poor poor service.

Part that came didn't fit so I've contacted or tried to contact them a number of times to discuss my options but I've received no reply all week.

Dear Customer , please check your Spam folder , we replied the same day . still waiting for reply if you want resend item or you want refund , as Royal Mail tracking number shows nothing, and get status lost in transit . Very disappointing experience with Ezee-Fix. I ordered what I thought was the correct part but it turned out to be incorrect and that was my error. However, I emailed Ezee-Fix 4 times requesting that I return the incorrect part and swap it out for the correct part but not one email was acknowledged or replied to.

Dear Customer , we send you 4 replies , please check your Spam folder We explained to you that item must be return , send to our address with note attached with order number (so we can identify order and buyer) when item returned the the same day refund will be sent Please check your Spam folder , maybe then you consider remove unfair review

Dear Sir/Madam, I have emailed your accounts department twice on (15th & 26th July) since the Items arrived requesting an updated invoice see below: "Good morning, I recently placed an order for 3 x Vax Power Cables, which I received. When I place the order I received and email to confirm the order to which I replied quoting our EORI Vat No. as there was no place to enter it when placing the order online. Our accountant has advised that we shouldn’t have been charged Vat and they have asked if the invoice can be reissued without a Vat charge. Regards, Robert Butterworth" Both of these emails have gone unanswered, I presume it is company policy not to reply to emails, in which case why do your company bother to send out emails in the first place. Dear Customer , after reading your review, we tried call you , but phone number is incorrect, we also tried send email used email provided on order . email with australia domain on end. email was bounced back. we checked emails in SPAM folder and in "normal "inbox and there is no email from you. Please contact us using phone or our email from website . hope you will consider remove unfair review , as we never receive any email from you and your contact details from order placed are false our UK phone number : +44(0)28 7132 9001. and our Ireland phone number :+353 (0) 57 93 51729. email : sales@ezee-fix.co.uk

I would have given a higher score if you had replyed to the live chat querie or the email i had sent . Pehaps you mite consider responding to my email and sort out the problems i have encounter

Please understand we have to filter messages for reply. if we do not see any details which can help us to identify order or customer , we have to leave messages unanswered, we receiving hundreds messages and emails every week plus new customer queries which need help to find proper parts for their appliances . I purchased a actifry handle and it broke after less than a weeks use. I contacted the company sending pictures of the issue. They said they would have to send an envelope out to send back (still waiting for it to arrive) for the sake of an £11 part which most decent would either refund you for that small amount or send you a new part free of charge . But no they insisted it needed to be sent back as they only have 20% mark up on the product to issue a refund.very poor customer service in my opinion.

Dear Customer you refused to send item back to us . picture its not enough to give refund . return label was send to you the same day when we had last conversation. please explain why you posting in public not true information and trying mislead our customers . please read other reviews . we always refunding returned items . please return item and receive refund the same day

Dear Customer - there is copy of reply on Payapal. you never contacted us to try resolve issue , just opened case on Paypal after 2 days after purchase in these difficult times for all of us buyers and sellers :...... Order was placed Monday dispatched same day by Royal Mail first class, there is no way order arrive in few days during covid times . if order will not delivered till Tuesday morning please contact us again . we will claim as lost , but by Royal Mail rules we should wait 14 days before claim as lost . so in case will arrive after we refund you . hope you will return item on your cost to us .thank you Please read on Royal Mail page that in covid times orders are late in all country as RoyalMail have issues with staff shortage incl sorting office workers , Drivers and Postman's. so please be patience Royal Mail doing their best to deliver your order

Received product in a timely manner, but there was a crack in it. I have contacted Ezee-Fix twice about it and heard nothing!

Luckily I ordered 2 fridge light bulbs as one did not work. I haven't returned the faulty one as I don't wish to incur more cost. Very disappointing.

I ordered a part on 15th January and have not received it yet. Despite the website saying the part was in stock and it had been shipped it transpires that the part was not in stock and was only shipped 21/1/2020. My 86 year old mother has therefore not been able to cook any proper meals, and had I known of this delay I would have explored getting a new cooker rather than a replacement part.
