What a performance. Item was shown pending for 5 days. When I phoned to check what was happening, the lady answering my call could not find the order. The only reference I had, was the PayPal one. She passed the problem to someone else. The part arrived next day. There was no call back or email to confirm dispatch, or apology.

Dear Customer , please check your SPAM folder , you will find email with explanation , Item was lost by Royal MAil during recent Royal MAil strike actions and huge mess they had after that with deliveries , After your call , we send item once again and send you email , Im sorry no one calls you , but we had many cases like that caused by Strike action taken by RoyalMail Sorting offices workers. before you send another review like that please find anouncment below about next Strike actions in Royal MAil: The Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take further national strike action on the following dates: Friday 30 September 2022 and Saturday 1 October 2022 Thursday 13th October 2022 Thursday 20th October 2022 Tuesday 25th October 2022 Monday 28th November 2022

Ordered a simple product, it never arrived. After several EMails Filip said he would sort it t out and contact me on Monday. Wednesday night now, no delivery, no contact!!!!

It was a bad experience, I can not advise anyone to deal with you. I also will not deal with a company that lacks credibility and reliability. You did not deliver on time and did not commit. Also, contacting you via email is bad and there is no response. I have never dealt with a company that ignores their customers' emails as you do.I placed my order 8/25 and you did not send any email to confirm the order. And I sent an email on the date of 27/8, and the response was not received until today. In 2/9, I received email from Royal mail not from you. I will not change my review. you deserve it. I have checked more than once from spam and I didn’t found any mail from you. You don't deserve 1 but you deserve 0 for this bad service.

Dear Customer thank you for your review , just few details has to be verified : We did reply to your emails, where we confirming that item was dispatched , tracking number provided , we also inform you that Royal Mail CWU members are taking strike action on 26 and 31 August and 8 and 9 September 2022. and tahts can cause delays . please kindly check your SPAM folder on your gmail website .sometimes emails goes there if spam filter is set incorectly . tracking details will be forward to you again in private message . Ordered oven cleaner on 22 May. Rang company end of June to see when it would be delivered told out of stock but expected in soon. Now 1st of August and still no sign. If you can’t get cleaner in please refund money. Awaiting and answer. Wendy Wildy

Contacted returns desk twice no one got back to me. Sent the wrong part and I want to exchange for the correct one after customer service admitted I'd been sent the wrong part.

I order this in error tried relentlessly to cancel to no avail and this is what arrived see image below. I requested to return it on several attempts but they said it would cost too much and offered me 5 dollars. No instructions included terrible item terrible service avoid like the plague !

I received my order promptly but it looks different to the website picture and the one in my fridge. I have sent emails and tried phoning for clarification if this part will work but I have had no joy. Very poor customer service, be careful before ordering.

I bought paddles for my washing machine and when i received the package it had been accidentally sent to Kerry (KY) instead of Kildare (KE). One of the paddles were broken. I sent an email and a guy said he would send me a replacement but never did, i emailed again but have had no reply
