Wrong item delivered.When I telephoned to explain I was quickly and politely told to return the item.However when taking the item to the Post Office for return the cost of the postage to Northern Ireland was so expensive I decided not to send it back......You never know I might find a use for it one day?

The process of ordering and paying is good nice and easy. Response to emails is quick. Unfortunately I never got a answer to my question. It took over two weeks to deliver my item. The answer to my question that I sent. " when do you anticipate that I will recieve it" response was " a note has been made on your account. It dispatched on 24 hrs track." it was still another 4 days until it arrived. I now will go direct to tefel for replacement parts as I needed it quicker than I got it.

We might have been unlucky but the cutlery holder didn't fit into the Hotpoint dishwasher so we can't use it. On the other hand the service itself was very good. Product arrived in a timely manner.

Ordered a new door glass for oven, fast service and delivery. the only problem is, the serial number I put in was not the same color for the oven on arrival. As these were rare, due to the age of oven, I decided to keep it anyway.

Part arrived swiftly but I have since found my available tools in compatable with the screws included - a minor issue.

The product is fine but the website said delivery would be 2/3 days. They didn’t let me know it was out of stock until I rang to find out where it was. So it took 2/3 weeks not days.

They did send me the wrong part initially however they were quick to resolve the issue without any hassle or delay. Delivery, price and service all good otherwise.

actifry ORIGINAL model replacement handle was spot on BUT the replacement ring sent for this model was the wrong one. If you are able to send the correct one I will gladly return the wrong one which does not fit this model. Your delivery service was very good. p.s. I did email the company on this problem during this last week but as of today heard nothing. Thank you in anticipation of your continued servicace. Paul Bridge-Wilkinson

Replacement handle for anti fry arrived without screws and could therefore not be attached to appliance - basically useless. I sent four emails asking for advice but all were ignored, email addresses used were on the invoice and website; I assume emails were delivered as I did not received ‘unable to deliver’ notification. Made a phone call explained situation and was promised that screws would be put in post that day, screws arrived following day - very good service. Star grading has been marked down because of the very poor response to emails and this requires great improvement. As regards the item screws with a slotted or cross slot would be easy than the screws provided, however this is probably a matter for Tefal rather than Ezee-fix.

The heating element had a different size spade ends than the original Samsung element, so I had to change the cooker wiring to suit. But it said it was compatible with my cooker model.
