I purchased a actifry handle and it broke after less than a weeks use. I contacted the company sending pictures of the issue. They said they would have to send an envelope out to send back (still waiting for it to arrive) for the sake of an £11 part which most decent would either refund you for that small amount or send you a new part free of charge . But no they insisted it needed to be sent back as they only have 20% mark up on the product to issue a refund.very poor customer service in my opinion.
