The part had 3 screws missing and the part was bent and damaged. I fitted it anyway as i had no choice, but was very disappointed with the condition if the product.

Of the two lamps ordered one had a broken filament when opened and the other filament blown after being lit for 2 minutes Contacted company and nobody has got back to me

Dear Customer , All products are new and with A Manufacturer's Guarantee , we more then happy to replace if any issues , please before post review contact our customer service , phones ,emails and facebook messanger constantly monitored , Web chat also have option to leave email and order number , thats only requirements to open ticket with us P.S. we checked emails including Spam folder and there is no message from you Please contact us , we will replace bulbs the same day or send full refund

Sorry to say that there is a pronounced drop when the door is opened and I do not think the hinges will last long. They do not look as strong as the ones they are replacing. The customer service was first class but the items were disappointing and the quality needs looking at.

Received wrong item sent messages to find out why no response to any. Could not use the contact section on your website. Now have an LED circuit board that looks totally diffrent from the one i ordered and dont know if its safe to use. I am now speaking with citizens advice to review my next step as I feel it is not in my best interest to use the diffrent board without knowing it is safe to do so.

I bought a pump for my coffee machine - when it arrived it was fitted but did not work . It was an old pump . I emailed the firm to ask if I could exchange it and have heard nothing in reply.

Unfortunately the part sent was not the one for my model, I have sent two messages to them and had no reply what so ever. Their system said they were busy and would contact me as soon as possible, they have not.
