Got a new lead for Ghd hair straighteners. Paid a premium price at ezee-fix over Amazon as it was listed as Genuine GHD. was cheap Chinese knock off. What a con.

Sadly my parcel didn’t arrive and when I contacted Ezee-Fix they weren’t particularly helpful and eventually stopped replying.

The item required was advertised on the website and purchased. However, a different item was received and when I phoned to query this, the representative was abrupt and not what I would consider helpful. It was, that’s all we have, take it or leave it and get your money back. I didn’t want my money, I needed the part advertised on their website.

9 out of 10 badges would not work, plastic covers would not wrap around the badges. Needed them for the Christmas markets but it's to late now to sell them. Very poor quality

My order was delivered several days late despite paying £2.95 for delivery in 2-3 days. The emails which I sent asking about order status went unanswered. When the product did arrive, I found it was damaged and needed to be replaced/returned. I contacted Ezee-fix immediately but several days later I have yet to hear back from them. I do not recommend this retailer and would not use them again.
