I ordered a part on 15th January and have not received it yet. Despite the website saying the part was in stock and it had been shipped it transpires that the part was not in stock and was only shipped 21/1/2020. My 86 year old mother has therefore not been able to cook any proper meals, and had I known of this delay I would have explored getting a new cooker rather than a replacement part.
