I was actually unlocking a friend's phone for him, and had never done an unlock before. The whole procedure took less than half an hour, with extremely good instructions being sent at each stage by email. My friend was therefore able to continue using his phone, with his new service provider, very quickly. Having successfully unlocked it, we now only have to port his old number to the new SIM, which I hope will go as smoothly.

Express lock was easy to use and very quick. I needed to get my iPhone unlocked. With expressunlocks I didn’t even need to leave my home. I just logged on, provided an id number and paid. Within 10 minutes my phone was unlocked. Only point I would make is that they have a two payment system which I wasn’t clear on. First is to do a check and second is to actually unlock. This came as a surprise but the convenience and overall service was still very good. Would recommend if in a rush.

Didn't realise that it would ask for another amount of money after the initial payment but apart from that it worked well and said 2 days but took about 2 hours

It does what it says but I reading how it does might have helped me. It goes in stages and each costs a little more. If you are lucky about £30 will get it done. Need a master unlock and you might need another £20. Way cheaper than a new phone.

Its fast process of unlocking any phone , first time using it , the only problem is that it would have been better if you are told that there would be two payments to finish the process and receive the code , othervise its simple and effective.

Needed to unlock my Dad's iPhone as he had changed from Tesco to Utility warehouse as his mobile supplier. For ease of use, I tried using expressunlocks.com to unlock the phone as they had good ratings and suggested that the phone would be unlocked in 3 days. After 3 days, the unlock process had reached 99% and unlock was imminent on the phone. However, it actually took 15 days in total to unlock the phone as I was told that they needed to contact the phone manufacturer for an unlock code. Communications with expressunlocks were always quickly answered, and an explanation of the process was given to me each time. All in all, after my initial doubts, the service worked well, just took a lot longer than expected / advertised. The phone has now been unlocked and works with the new Sim provider and my Dad is happy, so that is the main thing. My only complaint would be the time it took to complete the unlocking order. The customer service was good and always replied to my questions within 30 minutes by online chat, with a copy also sent to my email.

Found expressunlocks.com online and wasn't even aware you could do such things online these days so I was pleasantly surprised as had an old phone I wanted to use with just a smarty sim as I am going into hospital for a few days and just wanted to be able stream Netflix as and when didn't even think about as the phone is old it wouldn't be a dual sim! So I paid the £11 which I thought was fair and underwent the eligibility checks which obviously passed the only thing I wasn't happy about was after that and you've passed it asks for another £26 really they should tell you that at the start so you know what your paying ... this was around 9pm at night and I tracked my order easily to see it's status which said around 48hours to complete but I went to bed and by 7am the next morning it was completed so I was very happy and was very simple to put the unlock number in to complete I would definitely recommend just be wary it's not going to cost you only £11 :)

My daughter received a second hand phone from her Nan and when e put her SIM card in it came up as locked down I searched for what to do and came across Expressunlocks.com after a few checks they asked for some information and came back and said they can unlock the phone. Within 25 minutes we had the correct code needed to unlock the SIM cards and we had a very happy daughter who could now use her phone. It was worthwhile using this service and if I need anything again I will use express unlock.com

I used this service for a Samsung note 10 it was completely locked and my daughter could not use it. The price was £40 and it did take a while for this to be unlocked due to Ee not wanting to help. They went to Samsung instead to get the codes which was successful I am so happy and glad it was able to be unlocked. Thank you Naomi
