Very quick with all checks of the phone. Then customer service was very polite and understanding. Took a little longer than I thought with the unlocking stage but when I messaged them and explained the situation they we’re very quick and got it sorted.

This worked to unlock my iPhone 11 that was purchased from Verizon. It was expensive and the costs were not clear to me up front. They charged about $25 just to check that my phone was eligible and another $54 to actually unlock it. Another company had quoted $24.99 which I assume was the total cost.

Hi — I’m Charlotte. Thanks for the feedback and I’m sorry the pricing wasn’t clear. To explain: our service does an Eligibility Check (a separate, paid check) and then the actual unlock — those are billed separately. As our policy states, “Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable,” and “Pre‑orders, eligibility check, and unlocking costs are incurred immediately upon placing your order.” The order summary page also shows if “there may be an additional price to pay for the sim unlock” before you complete payment. Your order status shows “Unlock Complete,” so your iPhone 11 should now be free to use — for iPhones the final step is to connect to Wi‑Fi, then turn the phone off and on to finish the unlock. I understand the other company quoted $24.99 — we separate the check and the unlock, which is why your total was $24.99 + $54. If you’d like, I can double‑check your order details or walk you through the final steps to ensure everything’s working.

I believe the cost to unlock a phone is excessive, it would've been easier to buy a cheap already unlocked phone, than go through this process? And the time was not immediate, it took days to unlock, and there was two fees to pay? Outrageous money grab in my opinion?

Had no trouble unlocking my iphone 11. Could be a little more clear on the charges though as there is a 24 dollar charge that i thought was the whole charge then after that they hit you with an even bigger charge. so it cost me e9ighty dollars to unlock the phone when i could of got a refurbished one that was already unlocked for another 50 online.

Escribo esta reseña con tres estrellas de momento ya que no tengo un resultado positivo de momento. El servicio parece serio y confío será efectivo pronto. Muy fácil de seguir los pasos. El único inconveniente es el tiempo de demora en terminar todo el proceso. Según la web puede demorarse hasta 7 días , seguro que esto tiene una explicación pero es una sorpresa cuando te aparece esto después de pagar, y por otro lado primero te pide un pago de 26,99€ y ! Sorpresa! sin avisarte o escondiendo letra pequeña te pide otro pago de 33€ más para terminar el “50% de proceso restante. ¿Porque no piden los 56,99 euros de golpe así puedo decidir si quiero o no pagar ese total! Espero el resultado…

Disculpen la sorpresa: la Verificación de Elegibilidad es un servicio independiente y no reembolsable, y puede mostrar un costo adicional de desbloqueo posteriormente. Como indica nuestra Política de Reembolso: "Verificación de Elegibilidad: Estas verificaciones no son reembolsables". Además, nuestros Términos explican que "No es posible cancelar su pedido una vez pagado. Los costos de las reservas, la verificación de elegibilidad y el desbloqueo se aplican inmediatamente después de realizar el pedido". Por eso, el pago se realiza por etapas en lugar de un único pago inicial. También puedo confirmar que el estado de su pedido es "Desbloqueo Completo". Para iPhones, complete el desbloqueo conectándose a una red Wi-Fi, apagando y encendiendo el teléfono, según nuestras instrucciones: "iPhones: conectando el teléfono a una red Wi-Fi, apagando y encendiendo el teléfono". Three stars as of now because I’m not able to access the phone to make sure it is unlocked. I did receive confirmation email that it is unlocked, however the 365 day live chat support is not at all 365 days nor is it live. Quite obvious it’s a chat bot. Went multiple days without responses and even after emailing there was no direct response from a person. If the phone is unlocked and useable I will give 4 stars. Took 7 days.

You’ve paid $54 for the Standard Unlock — all costs are shown on the checkout page. Please try these steps to finish: - Connect the iPhone to Wi‑Fi, then turn it off and on. As our T&Cs say: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" - If possible, insert a different (non‑AT&T) SIM to verify it accepts another network. - Or check Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock — it should show "No SIM restrictions." Hola Joseline, veo que el estado de tu pedido indica "Desbloqueo completo". Para iPhones, asegúrate de haberte conectado a una red wifi y de haber apagado y vuelto a encender el teléfono para finalizar el proceso de desbloqueo. A veces tarda un poco después de reiniciarlo. Si sigues teniendo problemas, avísame y te ayudaremos con el proceso.

I got the unlock code but when I tried to use it it kept telling me to many attempts and I only tried it once. I still can’t get my phone unlocked

Service was fast and rendered well but to then be waiting 12hrs later no response from live support. Phone still isn’t unlocked and was told it was completed and cleared. $78 and nothing to gain
