Not clear as to the true cost to unlock. First is the “eligibility” then you are told the cost to unlock. It would be better to be more clear and direct.

The unlocking was reasonably quick. The charges were far more than I thought they would be. I originally thought it would be about £8 to do this. After putting my phones imei number it turned out to be £12. I duly paid up and the checks were carried out. However I then needed to pay an additional £26 to get them to finish the process. Having already invested in the process I felt compelled to finish off. All a bit sneaky. They are promising £10 to do this review. Costing needs to made much clearer in the first place

Expensive but they do deliver and the customer service was good. You must read the T&C’s fully so you’re aware of the full costs. Aside from the initial eligibility costs there is then the much larger Unlocking cost. Ours took much longer than advertised, issue with network provider but the customer service was very responsive.

This is a very expensive service, which charged me £50 overall - in two steps - to unlock the SIM. It was not clear to me why the SIM was locked in the first place, so to pay this amount was quite frustrating, especially since I saw indication when I made the first payment that there would be a second one. The process was, at least, quite speedy, but overall I am not very happy with this service.

The service provided was prompt and unlocked my phone successfully, however beware that the initial fee is for an eligibility check and non refundable, so you will have to pay again for the actual code. This is outlined in their T&Cs but not immediately obvious if you are not aware
