Found them online entered the details needed and phone was unlocked within 48 hours. However after a few hours the phone locked me out again. Expressunlocks were brilliant, kept in constant touch with me. They couldn't find a fault with the unlock so asked for photo/video of what my phone was displaying. To cut the story short, they identified the issue as a Sim issue and my network provider later confirmed the Sim had failed and sent a replacement next day and all worked. Great customer care, and a service delivered for a reasonable price. Would happily recommend them to others.

Hi — Charlotte from Expressunlocks here. Thanks for your review. I can see you paid £14.99 for the Eligibility Check and £30 for the Standard Unlock on 30 Aug 2025 for a Doro Phoneeasy 612 (EE UK). As shown at checkout, all phones require an Eligibility Check first, followed by an Unlocking Payment — please note, "Eligibility Check: These checks are non‑refundable." Your order is currently "Reported as Not Unlocked, waiting customer feedback". Please reply with a short photo/video of the phone screen showing the unlock prompt (or the exact message), confirm whether you tried the code 96716858 and how many attempts remain. For non‑iPhones you need to enter the unlocking code as per our email instructions. Once we have that info we’ll investigate and advise the next steps. Thanks, Charlotte

The process is pretty straightforward online as long as you are prepared fopr the seprate eligibility check fee and then a further unlock fee. On on older O2 Samsung phone it took 6 days to get the unlock code, although it was only an hour or so for a different Google phone on EE. They had to go to Samsung for the code. The progress is updated but I doubt the predicted time taken is ever very accurate. It worked, which is the manin thing, and the comms were pretty good.

Skeptical at first because of e-sim, thought I threw away money, but it worked , unlocked and go carrier of my choice now

Everything was straightforward and easy to understand. The only problem is that the 2nd charge was not explicit at the beginning not once authorisation was established.

Was confused by the pricing structure. Once 1st payment was made you then had to do another payment to continue. The process is slow and took nearly a week for the unlock code to come through. Saying that it all worked out well in the end

Not gone lie it was touch and go at first and I ended up paying full price and it took over a month but once it finally went through I’m very happy with my results

Thanks to this site, I'm able to easily unlock my device. I wasn't too sure about the process, however the site explicitly outlines the process and what is expected to ensure that the unlock is complete. Overall, I spent about 30 minutes unlocking my device and reading through the resources sent over to ensure all my questions were answered.

The instructions were very easy to carry out and all completed wihin a reasonable time frame. It was also a learning experience as I was unaware that Samsung's databases of A3's had to be trawled through. The reset numbers given worked first time when given. I will use the service again should I need to.

This was the first option when searching for a phone unlocking service. I did not realise the £11.99 was only for part of the process and that another £45 would be required for unlocking ths phone. It took some time, almost 24 hours, before the phone got unlocked. All and all it is a good service and did deliver. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the cost and time.
