Hi — Charlotte here. I can see you paid $24.99 (Eligibility Check) and $60 (Standard Unlock) and your order (placed 11 Oct 2025) currently shows "Unlock Complete." Please finish the iPhone unlock by following the instructions: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" If it still appears locked, reply with your order number and a photo/screenshot of what you see and I’ll investigate right away. If a Premium Service was required it would be shown in your status — at the moment it shows complete.

It took a long time but eventually the phone is unlocked. It is legitimate with good success.

Hi — thanks for the update and for sticking with us. I’m sorry it took longer than expected, but I’m glad your iPhone 16 Plus on Xfinity USA is now showing as Unlock Complete (order from Aug 14, 2025). Per our Terms: "Delivery times are guidelines set by the relative networks" and "These delivery times are variable" (T&Cs 6.1–6.2). To finish, please "connect the phone to WiFi and turn the phone off and then on" for iPhones (T&Cs 8.1). It was good but didnt know it cased 80 dollars almost to unlock the phone but its unlockeded now I guess dont have the phone to see right now but its unlocked

The process worked well, but had to make 3 payments to get the process completed, ultimately, it was a quick and easy way to be able to reuse an old locked phone, but I would have been happier if they had been more upfront with the payment, overall very happy with the process and service

Sorry for the surprise with the separate payments — the service is run in stages (network lookup / eligibility check / standard unlock) and those charges are applied when each step is started. As our terms state, “It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for” and our refund policy notes “Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable.” I’ll pass your comments to the team so we can try to make the pricing clearer on checkout. I like that the process was done thoroughly. However, I disliked the fact that it was extremely slow; customer support was quick in their responses. It may seem like a scam but it was done properly; it just took too much time. Overall, good service, just super slow process.

The service was fast and good. I just unlocked my phone. I had to pay a second time after the analysis, and got a little worried that would charge more. But that was the last one. I would give 5 stars if not for that. In the end it worked. It took 5 days but I believe it is difficult to execute this kind of unlock. Really happy with the service and happy that I could do it even being far from the country! I recommend since it worked for me in an emergency like this.

A couple of points from our terms to explain why that can happen: - “Any timeframes stated are a calculation of the previous weeks unlocks and are given as a guideline, NOT a guarantee.” - “'Pre-orders' also referred to as 'Eligibility Checks' are not covered by our money back guarantee... If you decide not to proceed with the unlocking payment, we cannot refund the cost of the Eligibility Checks, as we have already performed the service.” - Also, “There may be an additional price to pay for the sim unlock itself, this will be stated on your order summary page prior to purchase.” Your order status shows Unlock Complete and your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra for AT&T USA was unlocked — your codes are NCK=0625702813613170 and MCK=9630857424752862. For non-iPhones you just insert the incompatible SIM and enter the codes when prompted.
