It is a mistake on unlocking, it should be unlock the icloud accout not the sim. Can you help me Unlock the Iphone, because I've already use the fund on unlocking. Please Help me 🙏

Hi — Charlotte here. I’m sorry this happened, I know that’s stressful. Your order status shows "Unlock Complete" for a Standard SIM unlock, so that service has been delivered and we can’t refund those payments. Also, as our policy states: "iCloud Activation Lock on iPhones: Contact the iPhone owner for iCloud removal or buy our iCloud Removal service. Sim unlocks won't be refunded if the device is unusable due to Activation Lock." If you need the iCloud/account removed, that’s a different service — you can either ask the original owner to remove the iCloud lock or purchase our iCloud Removal service via expressunlocks.com. So they tell u a time frame after the time it stayed 99%for 7days and then it unlocked 7days made me feel like it was a scam but it’s not. It’s takes time and they charge u 25$ plus the 54 for the unlock just so u know so u can have the full funds… thank u for your service I was able to use my phone now

Please finish the iPhone unlock by following the instructions: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" If it still appears locked, reply with your order number and a photo/screenshot of what you see and I’ll investigate right away. If a Premium Service was required it would be shown in your status — at the moment it shows complete.

I’m sorry it took longer than expected, but I’m glad your iPhone 16 Plus on Xfinity USA is now showing as Unlock Complete (order from Aug 14, 2025). Per our Terms: "Delivery times are guidelines set by the relative networks" and "These delivery times are variable" (T&Cs 6.1–6.2). To finish, please "connect the phone to WiFi and turn the phone off and then on" for iPhones (T&Cs 8.1). It was good but didnt know it cased 80 dollars almost to unlock the phone but its unlockeded now I guess dont have the phone to see right now but its unlocked

The process worked well, but had to make 3 payments to get the process completed, ultimately, it was a quick and easy way to be able to reuse an old locked phone, but I would have been happier if they had been more upfront with the payment, overall very happy with the process and service
