Speedy efficient service. Wish I’d just trusted these folk straight away instead of wasting an afternoon . Phone unlocked in less than 30 mins, with plenty updates to let you know what was happening.

Had to unlock phone and needed some help so we choose expressunlocks. Simple instructions to follow. Ended up costing more than we thought it would but so glad to get resolved. Responded well to questions and emails thought it might have taken 10 days originally forecast but thankfully fully recovered and working in 4 days. Thank you

The service itself is very good but I was not impressed at having paid £11:99 for the unlock service, to then be told that that money had just funded the checks to see whether my phone could be unlocked and I now needed to pay a further £26 to get the unlock codes. This is duplicitous at best and needs reporting . Beyond that the service works but needs to be advertised as the £38 approx that it is. Leaves a bad taste I’m afraid. Wish I had read the reviews first and I would have used someone else as I don’t like false advertising or feeling cheated.

Good service. Code came through quicker than anticipated. I was initially wary as first time needing to unlock a phone, but express unlocks got a code to me within 24hrs, and that was after having to contact phone manufacturer as the previous network didn't have it. Pricing could be clearer hence the star dropped, just read the terms and if happy don't hesitate to proceed as the unlock works.

Unlock took 2 days as EE did not have the code and it had to be requested from the manufacturer but worked perfectly and clear easy instructions provided.

I was updated every step of the unlock which was great. It took longer then expected (a couple of days) but the job got done and I was happy with the service.

I was given an old phone by a friend and once my provider changed the Sim card I expected it to work fine. Needless to say, it didn't and after phoning my provider I was informed it was locked. My friend had the phone for years and really couldn't remember where she bought it from and had it on a pay-as-you-go contract so was surprised to hear it was locked. I took it to a phone shop but they were unable to unlock it. So I turned to expressunlocks.com as a last ditch attempt to get it to work. The unlocking process was surprisingly straight-forward and simple. I was anxious as you hear so much about dodgy companies online, but I found it simple. There were three stages Check to see which provider had locked it, check to see if it could be unlocked and then the unlocking itself. Although the charges for each stage were stated if the truth be known I thought they could be more up-front at the beginning as it did create a sense of hurdles to jump through. I understand that locking phones is now illegal which is good.
