It did not work, I’m still locked out of my phone, what a waste of money!!!!

Hi — I’m sorry you’re still locked out. Our records show your order (Oct 24, 2025) status is “Unlock Complete.” Please try the iPhone steps first: per our terms, “iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;” — connect to WiFi, fully power off, then power on. If that doesn’t work, try another carrier SIM or a restore via iTunes (only if not jailbroken). If your phone has Activation Lock or is blacklisted it can still appear unlocked but be unusable — as noted, “iCloud Activation Lock on iPhones: Contact the iPhone owner for iCloud removal or buy our iCloud Removal service. Sim unlocks won't be refunded if the device is unusable due to Activation Lock.” Also check whether a Premium Service was indicated in your status (required for some iPhones). Reply with your order number or IMEI and I’ll escalate this to our techs right away to walk you through the next steps. — Charlotte

The process of unlocking the phone on express unlock's end is quite fast but the problem is, it is only showing unlocked on their end but the phone itself is still showing SIM-Locked which a bit frustrating. As per turnaround time on the website, it is showing the support will reply within 30mins which they made a response within that given timeframe. However, the phone is still showing SIM-Locked. I made a follow up multiple times and no response given as if its like what they have in mind is, "it is showing on our end that your phone is unlocked so, get lost!". The customer service even advised me to record a video of the phone's setting which I made effort to do so but after sending multiple videos, no response at all. Maybe because I already made the payment?? I tried my luck getting a service that is supposed to be great but I'm so disappointed right now. I hope this gets fixed. All I want is to get an update if the process is still ongoing or should I still hope that they are working on it but sadly, I'm not getting anything at all. This is definitely a scam. I give up. They even offered me a refund to change the review from 1 start to 5 star and mentioned that they send the refund immediately which I agree to get the money back since the solution was never been given but it's been more than 10hrs and no refund. So changing it back to 1 star which is the original rating.

Hi — I’m really sorry for the frustration here. I can see your order shows "Unlock Complete" on our end for your iPhone 13 Pro Max on Smart Philippines. Quick things to try (and what we normally require): - Follow the iPhone unlock step: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" - If that doesn’t work, try a different carrier SIM (not the original) or connect the iPhone to Finder/iTunes and check for the unlock status. - If the phone still shows SIM‑Locked, please resend the video you recorded showing: Settings > General > About (IMEI visible), the SIM‑locked message when you insert an incompatible SIM, and the order number. Per our policy: "Specific iPhone Issue: Refunds provided if an iPhone unlock fails solely due to 'Incompatible Sim' message. Proof in the form of a video is required." Next steps from me: please reply to the support email thread with that video (or attach it here with your order number and IMEI). I’ll escalate this to our technicians right away and ask for a prompt update. Your Eligibility Check and Standard Unlock payments have been recorded — because your status is "Unlock Complete" it suggests no Premium upgrade was flagged on your order. Thanks for your patience — send the video and order/IMEI now and I’ll push this up. Charlotte

Hi — I’m Charlotte, sorry this has been frustrating. I can see your order (placed 22 Oct 2025) for an iPhone 11 on T‑Mobile USA with an Eligibility Check (£14.99) and Standard Unlock (£30) and the status shows "Unlock Complete". Please try the official steps we send when an unlock completes — "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" — then insert a non‑T‑Mobile SIM to confirm. If you still see a lock message, tell me the exact error (or send a screenshot) and I’ll raise it with our techs right away. If the phone shows Activation Lock, is blacklisted, or is hard‑locked, that can prevent use of a sim unlock — let me know what you see and we’ll advise next steps.

In my experience, ExpressUnlocks is a complete scam. I had a fully paid-off and operational iPhone 16 Pro Max that was SIM-locked to AT&T. After several unsuccessful attempts to get AT&T to unlock the device, I found ExpressUnlocks through a Google search and decided to give their “fast service” a try. Weeks later, my phone was still not unlocked. They charged me multiple fees to “assess” the phone’s status, yet never provided any real progress or support. The so-called “tech support” responses appeared to be automated or AI-generated, offering no genuine help or accountability. After two frustrating weeks, I decided to contact AT&T again—this time reaching a live representative who unlocked my phone in less than two minutes. The phone now works perfectly, and I was able to give it to my son to use on Verizon’s network. I immediately informed ExpressUnlocks that their services were no longer needed, but they continued to send automated messages claiming they were still “working” on the unlock. This only confirmed my suspicion that their entire operation is automated and deceptive. I’m now out $94, with no refund and no ability to contact a real person. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau, and I urge others to stay away from ExpressUnlocks entirely

Hi — I’m really sorry this was so frustrating. I can see your order placed 01 Oct 2025 on expressunlocks.com for an iPhone 16 Pro Max and the status on our side shows “Unlock Complete.” For iPhones please try the final step we send in the emails: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" — that usually completes the process. I appreciate you saying AT&T unlocked it quickly — please note our policies state: "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." and "Already Unlocked phones: No refund if you order an unlock for an already unlocked phone." If you’d like me to re-check your order and records so we can confirm what happened, please reply with your order number or the IMEI and I’ll investigate right away. — Charlotte

I was provided with the wrong codes without any sound support to help me resolve my issues. I feel as if I just gave away the easiest 95.00 that anyone could make on this planet. Their unlock service is a total scam and wish I could either get a refund or they resolve my issues with my phone. Worst experience ever.

mobileunlock apparently made a phone check of £14.99 and it all come back all clear. And then you want to another £30 pound to unlock my Samsung S8. I think it was all a scam. so I do not want to use you again. I've unlocked it myself with EE really quick and easy. if I realized that's a way forward, I would have not gone with mobileunlock app at all. I am still chasing my money back with NatWest credit card for a full refund

I am writing this review to warn future customers: This company is a scam. I paid for services under two separate orders, and the company has completely failed to deliver on both. I have received absolutely nothing for my money. Order 12928907: $59.00 Order 12928900: $28.99 Total Amount Paid for Zero Service: $87.99 Beyond the failure to deliver the service, their customer support is non-existent. I have sent multiple emails and requests, and they have stopped responding completely. Their live support system is non-functional and appears to be a front. This is not a case of a delayed service; this is a clear case of fraud. When a company takes money and then refuses to communicate or provide the promised service, they are running a scam. I have filed a formal demand for an immediate refund of the full $87.99 to be processed back to my original payment method (Google Pay). If a refund is not processed within 14 days, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank and escalate this case to consumer protection authorities and law enforcement. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They will take your money and disappear. I expect an immediate response and confirmation that my refund is being processed.

Hi — Charlotte here. I can see your order (placed Sep 15, 2025) for an iPhone 11 on AT&T shows status: "Unlock Complete." Our records show two payments: $24.99 (Eligibility Check) and $54.00 (Standard Unlock) — charges appear on your card as "Expressunlocks." Per our terms: "2.1 It is not possible to cancel your order once it is paid for," and our Refund Policy notes "Eligibility Check: These checks are non-refundable." To finish the iPhone unlock please connect to Wi‑Fi and power the phone off and on as instructed: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" If you're still seeing the phone locked or you spot an unexpected charge on your statement, tell me exactly what you see (screenshot helps) and I’ll get this sorted quickly.

Hi — Charlotte here. I’m sorry it took 4 days to complete your unlock — I know that’s frustrating. As our terms explain, "Any timeframes stated are a calculation of the previous weeks unlocks and are given as a guideline, NOT a guarantee." We also aim to keep you informed: "if your unlock is in progress we will immediately notify you of any changes to delivery times and keep you informed right up to the point of unlocking." Your order (placed Sep 17, 2025) shows Unlock Complete. Your codes are NCK=3031861364157352 and MCK=6849526039481425. For non‑iPhones, follow the email instructions and enter the codes — as stated, "Non-iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions;" If the codes don’t work or you need step‑by‑step help entering them, reply and I’ll walk you through it right away. Thanks for your patience.

Hola, soy Charlotte.

Hi — I’m Charlotte. I’m really sorry you’ve had a slow experience and felt our support was poor. To clarify the charges: you’ve paid $24.99 for the Eligibility Check and $106 for the Standard Unlock — these are two separate, listed costs at checkout (Eligibility checks are non‑refundable). As our policy states: "Eligibility Check: These checks are non‑refundable." Your order status shows Unlock Complete and your codes are: NCK = 9391535738164258 MCK = 4709524964841863 Next steps (per our instructions): for non‑iPhones you should insert a non‑AT&T SIM and enter the unlocking codes when prompted — "Non‑iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided..." If the phone doesn’t prompt for a code or the codes don’t work, reply here and I’ll escalate to our technicians and help get this finished. Again, sorry for the frustration — tell me if you want me to walk through the unlock steps with you or escalate now.
