Hola, soy Charlotte. Veo que tu pedido (iPhone 16 Pro Max Desert de 256 GB, red de Estados Unidos) se realizó el 7 de septiembre de 2025 y el estado indica "Desbloqueo completo". Has pagado $6.99 (Verificación de red), $28.99 (Verificación de elegibilidad) y $68 (Desbloqueo estándar). Estos costos se muestran en la página de pago. Prueba los pasos para desbloquear el iPhone: "iPhones: conectar el teléfono a la red wifi, apagarlo y encenderlo"; esto normalmente completa el desbloqueo por IMEI. To finish the unlock, insert a non-AT&T SIM and enter the code when prompted — as our terms say, "Non-iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions." You’ve paid $24.99 for the Eligibility Check and $106 for the Standard Unlock; those costs are shown on the checkout page and are standard for this process. If the phone doesn’t prompt for a code or the code won’t work, reply here and I’ll walk you through troubleshooting. If we work with you and the code still can’t be made to work, our Refund Policy states: "Incorrect Unlocking Code: If, having worked with our technician to get the code to work, and we cannot get the code to work, you'll be refunded." Tell me what happens when you insert the new SIM and I’ll assist.

DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY!" It is a complete scam. All you need to do is contact your cellular service provider if you purchased the phone from them. If you still are making payments on the phone, you will need to have the paid paid off and then they will unlock the phone. This company is a scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I paid off my four phones with ATT and Espressunlock pops up telling me I need to run a background check to see if my phones are lost or stolen for $24.99 and $68.00 for something else. I thought this was ATT. Found out ATT new nothing about expressunlock. I was scammed out of $235.96. Tried to get my money back from ATT and my bank and couldn't. TOTAL SCAM!

I’m reaching out because after numerous attempts, I noticed today that the IMEI number that I supplied is not the iPhone that was unlocked. I’ve waited over a month for this to be completed. I have been blocked from using the portal so therefore I had no choice except to come here to leave my review I would like a refund for this because clearly the IMEI number that I see is not the one that I supplied you with After me reaching out numerous times that was changed and now all of a sudden the phone it seemed to be unlocked, but it’s not and I’ve reached out numerous times to support with no reply. I supplied 2 numbers in the beginning but the phone that you are saying B was unlocked by your service was already unlocked by the carrier I paid in full for this device so technically I can’t say the service worked for my unlock

I'm sorry but I spent 24.99, then 41.00 for nothing! It was not unlocked! I'm so upset because I borrowed the money to get a new phone. Now I've spent 100. for a phone which I cant use and I'm without a phone, I live 60 miles out of town, and no income so no money to get another phone. I was really counting on this to work. They want me to pay yet more money to try with USB. I dont have it. I feel Ive paid enough! Why should I have to pay even more to this company who probably does nothing but collect our money for really no kind of service. I'm so tired of being ripped off on the internet.

It took over 3 week to unlock my phone. They don't reply to emails from customers. I don't recommend Express Unlock to my worst enemy. This how bad they are.

It took days to get unlock code. And then when after 5 days of waiting, I requested a full refund. Then then didn't respond for another couple days and then finally got me a code. So request a refund and they work faster. I don't recommend.

Took 7 days to get codes to unlock phone and only used service as had good reviews from 10 mins to 48hrs to get codes. Was very disappointed. Messaged 3 times to see what the hold up was and it was only on 3rd message when I explained that it was for an 80yr old woman who had now been without a phone for 7 days within 10 minutes of that message and progress still sitting at 53% did the codes miraculously appear in an email

This service was unnecessary for me as I ended up unlocking my device on my own after waiting for 24 hours and no progress. It cost me $80 and I did the job myself. I tried to get a refund when my status was at 2% unlocked but no one responded for another more than 24 hours and was told no refund because the progress was too far in but the phone was already completely unlocked and being used by me. Would not recommend, this site is a scam.

I'm not happy at all, I was made to pay lots of money then I was told the phone was unlocked but it wasn't, had to spend more money taking the phone back to the store.

Not honest about the cost, 11.99 initially advised as free, then 11.99, and once you commit to that, an additional 26.00. So very misleading, and it won't take an hour, at one point they quoted 5 days after waiting an hour on their app!
