Thanks — really glad you found our comms easy! Your order shows "Unlock Complete." To finish, insert a different (incompatible) SIM and enter this unlocking code: 4190369579542477. As our terms state: "Non-iPhones: entering the unlocking codes provided in accordance with the email instructions;" If your Motorola doesn't prompt for a code, you'll need a Remote USB unlock — reply here and I’ll point you in the right direction. All cost upfront would have been nice …. It took about 1 week but all in all it was worthwhile not having to pay T-Mobile $700. Thanks! I’ll remaining a customer of express unlocks

Regarding the payments, our service starts when payment is received — as the Terms say, "The service of sourcing and supplying any unlock solution begins at the point payment has been received from a customer," and "Pre‑orders, eligibility check, and unlocking costs are incurred immediately upon placing your order." I’m sorry that the separate charges weren’t clearer up front. Your order shows "Unlock Complete." Hi — Charlotte here. Great news: your order (placed Jun 18, 2026) shows as "Unlock Complete" for T‑Mobile USA. Please follow the iPhone steps: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" then insert your new SIM — the unlock should apply. If you see an iCloud/Activation Lock, note: "iCloud Activation Lock on iPhones: Contact the iPhone owner for iCloud removal or buy our iCloud Removal service. Sim unlocks won't be refunded if the device is unusable due to Activation Lock." If it’s not working after those steps, reply here and I’ll help troubleshoot right away. ❤️

No one answers emails. I get emails that say something about a price drop and have yet to get a response it’s been over a month no answers nothing. And my last phone I did took over a month as well. And when using the live chat I got flagged for “abuse” when all I wanted was answers. I wasn’t rude, nasty or anything I kept my replies polite still flagged for abuse and now I get an email Cricket USA Expensive Premium Service Price Drop. I already bought higher how much more money you need? Cause honestly ridiculous Yes they unlocked one phone I started an unlock for an iPhone 11 Pro I have not gotten ANY response on. Email me back now! The communication is terrible. And this has been OVER 3 months give me my refund.

Hi — I’m really sorry you’ve been left hanging and for the chat flagging — that must be frustrating. Good news: your Dec 19, 2025 order shows as “Unlock Complete,” so your iPhone 13 with Cricket USA should be unlocked. To finish the iPhone unlock please follow the instructions in our terms: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" About the price-drop email — unfortunately we can’t change prices after purchase. As the terms state: "*Price matching ... Price matching can only be done before purchase is made*." If you’d like, I can double-check the two Premium payments you made ($174 and $161) against your orders and escalate to tech support if the phone still isn’t unlocked. If the phone still shows locked, please reply with your order number or IMEI and I’ll get this escalated right away.

I can see your order placed 25 May 2026 (Eligibility Check $24.99 + Standard Unlock $54) for an iPhone 13 on Globe Philippines and the status shows "Unlock Complete". To finish the iPhone unlock please follow the instructions: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;" If you've done that, try a different (non-Globe) SIM to confirm the unlock. If it still isn't working, please reply with the exact message you see and the SIM/network you're testing and I’ll escalate right away. Note: "Eligibility Check[s] are non-refundable."

This was my first time using anybody to unlock a phone. I didn’t think it would take this long, but I love the fact that they were very professional and respond fast. It takes about sometimes if it take less than a day, but you took three days it was worth it if you ever need it use it thank you express you did an amazing job.

El proceso es exageradamente lento, jamas recomendaría el uso de está plataforma, se tardaron muchísimo tiempo y el soporte es pésimo, después de meses contactando soporte me apareció un mensaje diciendo que no podía hacer uso del soporte y el correo jamas me lo contestaron.
