If you need the instructions again, our T&Cs say: "Completion of the unlock process is made by email notification... Very easy to use, be aware there are 2 charges but stay with it. Kept up to date all the way through and phone now fully unlocked and good to go.

Hola, soy Charlotte. Veo que tu pedido (iPhone 16 Pro Max Desert de 256 GB, red de Estados Unidos) se realizó el 7 de septiembre de 2025 y el estado indica "Desbloqueo completo". Has pagado $6.99 (Verificación de red), $28.99 (Verificación de elegibilidad) y $68 (Desbloqueo estándar). Estos costos se muestran en la página de pago. Prueba los pasos para desbloquear el iPhone: "iPhones: conectar el teléfono a la red wifi, apagarlo y encenderlo"; esto normalmente completa el desbloqueo por IMEI. También verifica si tienes un bloqueo de activación de iCloud en https://www.icloud.com/activationlock/ (si tienes un bloqueo de activación, desbloquear la tarjeta SIM no permitirá que el teléfono funcione). Honestly we came across express unlock by accident as we were trying to unlock a gifted phone to my daughter. I simply wanted to avoid any aggravation so we used the service. Yes it cost me a little money but after putting in the phone info and following the prompts, I didn't have to worry or follow up on anything. The process took about 2 days and the updates were a nice touch. When all was said and done, the phone got unlocked and I didn't have to do anything more. All in all, a nice easy and frustration free process. Glad all went smoothly and a nice service to use overall.

I was unsure at first as to whether this was a scam but it turned out to be completely genuine. It took a little longer than they first anticipated but I got my unlock code within a day. It was fast and the communication was excellent with regular update emails. Great service, thank you!

Found them online entered the details needed and phone was unlocked within 48 hours. However after a few hours the phone locked me out again. Expressunlocks were brilliant, kept in constant touch with me. They couldn't find a fault with the unlock so asked for photo/video of what my phone was displaying. To cut the story short, they identified the issue as a Sim issue and my network provider later confirmed the Sim had failed and sent a replacement next day and all worked. Great customer care, and a service delivered for a reasonable price. Would happily recommend them to others.

Hi — Charlotte from Expressunlocks here. Thanks for your review. I can see you paid £14.99 for the Eligibility Check and £30 for the Standard Unlock on 30 Aug 2025 for a Doro Phoneeasy 612 (EE UK). As shown at checkout, all phones require an Eligibility Check first, followed by an Unlocking Payment — please note, "Eligibility Check: These checks are non‑refundable." Your order is currently "Reported as Not Unlocked, waiting customer feedback". Please reply with a short photo/video of the phone screen showing the unlock prompt (or the exact message), confirm whether you tried the code 96716858 and how many attempts remain. For non‑iPhones you need to enter the unlocking code as per our email instructions. Once we have that info we’ll investigate and advise the next steps. Thanks, Charlotte

These guys were really fast! The whole process was just a couple of hours. The instructions were easy to follow. It still sports the AT&T SIM card and works fine. I am heading out to "cell Phone Row" tomorrow in search of the best deal.

The unlocking process took a little longer than I anticipated, but the service worked as promised. It was worth the cost to be spared an hour + on the phone with the phone company's customer "service" line.

Nasze warunki brzmią: „Urządzenia inne niż iPhone: wprowadź kody odblokowujące zgodnie z instrukcjami e-mail” — włóż kartę SIM inną niż EE, aby wyświetlić ekran odblokowania i wprowadź kod 3323215109542222. Zapłaciłeś 14,99 GBP za sprawdzenie uprawnień i 30 GBP za standardowe odblokowanie — wszystkie koszty są widoczne na stronie płatności. Jeśli kod się nie powiedzie lub telefon nie poprosi o kod, odpowiedz, podając dokładny błąd/komunikat, a ja przekażę sprawę dalej.

I was dubious of this service at first but like so many others paid the fee before reading reviews and to be honest I'm glad I did, had I not I would have never had my phone unlocked in under 48 hours. Every step of the way they were informative and honest, be patient and you will 100% get what you pay for, fantastic service. This is not a paid review just a random dude who is typing I from their newly unlocked phone! Woop!

Worth every penny. It cost me over $100 but I would gladly pay it again if I ever need to unlock another phone. They stayed in touch with me over the 2 days it took and responded immediately to any questions I had. I highly recommend.
