Do NOT use this service. I was charged multiple separate fees just to even start the unlock process. I waited past the requested time — not the “instant unlock” they advertise on their site — and when it still wasn’t done, I asked for a refund. They refused to refund me and then blocked me from messaging them. I ended up going to another company and paid only $30, and they unlocked my device within 30 minutes with no issues. Save your money and avoid this place completely.

Please please please don’t give your money to these scammers!!! Very quick to take your money and tell you the job is done but when you send them proof that it hasn’t worked and it’s not completed, instead of trying to figure out the problem they just ignore you. For the last two weeks I have been asking for either help or a refund on the same ticket that hasn’t been closed and they are just fully reading my messages and ignoring me. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!! Haven’t had a refund yet either

Please try these quick checks first: - Connect the iPhone to Wi‑Fi and turn it off and on (our instructions: "iPhones: connecting the phone to WiFi and turning the phone off and then on;"). - Try a different SIM (from another UK network or a foreign SIM) to confirm. - Check Settings > General > About — if it shows "No SIM Restrictions" the phone is unlocked. If you get an "Incompatible SIM" or similar error, please send a short video of the error — as our policy states: "Specific iPhone Issue: Refunds are provided if an iPhone unlock fails solely due to 'Incompatible Sim' message. ExpressUnlock at first glance may *seem* like a scam. I was nervous about handing over my personal details and held my breath waiting for the worst. I figured maybe I'd lose the cash and learn a little lesson about something being too good to be true. The first attempt was unsuccessful with the codes. But guys, seriously, give them a chance and be patient! The second attempt absolutely ***worked***. The technician was so patient and pleasant with me once we were able to connect. I hope he gets all the business in the world, because he really was top-notch and personable as well. Big hugs and a big high five to him for all the hard work!!!! I was in shock at what happened next. Almost immediately after the final restart and re-inserting a new SIM, something I hadn't seen in almost two years. Actual bars!!! Then the LTE symbol popped up and I was stunned. Slowly but surely little things on my phone began to change. It felt light again, functional, working. Really working!! I can't say enough about this service provider truly. They pulled it off, despite some waiting (due to the time differences) they were truly professional at keeping me in the loop with emails and updates on the site. Just give them a chance as I did. I wouldn't even consider writing this if I wasn't 100% satisfied, but I am totally thrilled. Thank you ExpressUnlock, truly, thank you!
