“Express unlocks is a solid service. It did the job and I am happy with the results, but the pricing is not clear and the conditions for premium service are also not clear. I had my doubts at several points in the unlocking process. In the end, I am able to activate my phone with any carrier, so I don’t think I can complain.”

“Easy to use - didn't realise there was an upfront payment, then 2nd payment once the checks are done. I didn't see this information when placing the order to for the checks, but I was happy to pay the final balance. Sold the phone to a friend so not sure it it's worked yet as haven't tried the phone.”

Just to clarify, our checkout page does detail that all phones go through an Eligibility Check first (£23.99 in your case) followed by the unlock payment (£26 for the Standard Unlock). “Good service , pricing could be a little clearer but at the end of the day or 5 days in this case the end result was successful and the phone is unlocked so it does what it says on the tin so to speak”

“Very helpful service, queries answered quickly and very politely. the on;y criticism is that I had no idea of the process, so an explanatory emial explaining that when the process was complete and you woud get an email tellig you this with the pac code. I bothered the assisant probably unnecessarily as I thought I had to stay connected until the end of the process.”

“The service was excellent and seamless, making the overall experience convenient. However, I was disappointed by the pricing structure. After committing to the service, I discovered additional charges, which significantly increased the cost from the advertised £11.99 to over £35. It would be far more transparent to provide a clear price range upfront. While this pricing approach feels somewhat misleading, the convenience and quality of the service ultimately made it worthwhile.”
