“Express Unlocks got my phone unlocked really quickly. Was a bit surprised with the 2nd payment as didn't realise stage 1 was the eligibility check but was worth the money getting my phone unlocked.”

“The service is easy to use and pretty quick. What's not clear is that the initial charge is only an eligibility check. Once passed you do get asked for a further payment to get your code. Would be great if this was more prominently stated. That said, the service is quick and I received a code to unlock a device I'd bought 2nd hand not realising it was locked”

“It took around 10 mins for the eligibility check then stated 2 hours for unlock, but completed in under 1 hour. The generated code unlocked the phone instantly when input. It was a simple process with clear instructions.”

“It’s and easy straightforward unlocking service. For clarity there is an initial checking fee and if this is passed another full unlock fee. It took less than 1 hour to get my son’s phone unlocked from ee and the instructions were sent through very clearly.”

“All done remotely which is very good as i liked not having to give it to a shop for a few days to get it done. Took about 48 hours but phone still usable during unlocking and when it was said to be done it worked no problem. 4/5 star given only as i was hoping it was done within 24 but still happy customer”

“Would not call it express but it does get the job done I used them for an old phone so they had to get code from manufacturer so it did take a long time but would recommend if all else fails”

“Very happy that Express Unlocks can unlock my phone remotely. It was quick and easy and worked really well when I followed the instructions. Perhaps if I'm being a little over critical the instructions could be a little more explcit in terms of the need to switch off your phone and switch it back on again. The only real criticism I have is that the initial page to begin the process doesn't make it clear enough that the initial payment is only to check that your phone can be unlocked. There is then a second payment to actually unlock the phone, assuming that it is possible to do this remotely. Other than that I'm very happy.”

“I like Express Unlocks service as its easy to use, the instructions are clear and straightforward. I think the price is reasonable and doesnt break the bank. We had a phone that was locked to EE, but we needed it to be open so we could use an O2 sim card. All in all, a great service that I'd gladly use again.”
