It appears there is no correlation between stock advertised on the website and actual stock levels. It took 3 days and two emails asking for a tracking number until Express Electrical replied, telling me there is no stock. They might be ok for consumer purchases and non urgent ones. But as a business owner, I simply can’t work with poor communication and stock control. I’ll be sticking with my local wholesalers, who managed to get the same product in for me as a special order, next day. Lesson learned.

Sent out both items in extreme water damaged packaging. Not acceptable for items heing sold as new.

Express Electrical didn’t do well at all. They told me the delivery was lost, so I won’t get my order. I am extremely disappointed.

Stock on website was incorrect, the one item that was in stock was damaged and not in a condition to send. Now having to return to a finished job to complete thanks to this. Agreed to refund still awaiting refund.

I didn't get an invoice or receipt for my VAT records. I cant make contact with anybody. I have a pair of snickers trousers to return as they don't fit and cant find out what to do.

I have returned two items to them (paying the postage myself each time). One was something they sent in error. I spoke to them on the phone both times before sending them back. After more than a month I have received no refunds. They don't reply to my emails and every time I call it diverts to the EE messaging service. Don't use them.

Bought part and paid for it waited and when didn't arrive asked when to expect delivery, was then told part was no longer available so if I hadn't queried delivery date would have received no communication whatsoever. Still haven't been reimbursed either so as far as I'm concerned the service has been absolutely shocking

Phoned to see why my next day delivery wasn't happening. Person said he would look into it and phone me back. Didn't happen. Phoned back 3 times but no answer. Waited 4 days for my goods.

One of our smoke alarms is faulty, I emailed on the 24 January, with a chaser email and have been trying to get a response since, to no avail. Customer service is no existent.

Wrong Prices, No Stocks, Asked for additional money for deivery after ordering. Dont answer phones or reply to emails
