Very poor from Start to finish. Ordered on Jan 1st. Had a phone call to say they were waiting on 1 item. I said I needed all by the Thursday. If you not then let me know and I will source elsewhere. No phone call so I assumed all was good. Phoned up on the Thursday to doubke check and they said they were still waiting for the part. I had a consumer change to do on the Friday. They assured me it would be delivered pre-9am. I meanwhile sourced the missing item elsewhere. Had a message the following day saying it would be delivered 10:30-11:30. I had to cancel my days work. Not happy at all.

I ordered an item and then was called to say the item is no longer available and has been discontinued yet the item is still on the website available for order. I also haven't received an update on my refund just was told verbally over the phone.

Wrong items has been delivered, have not been ordered nor collection nor refund, i need to sort this out on my own time and money, will never use this site again

Unfortunately it took over a week to get a part I ordered. I’m fairness I was notified of the delay and the person was apologetic but I ordered from express elec as I needed the part. Quite quick

I have sent two emails requesting a Vat receipt and as yet not had a response. It would be good practice to send these as a pdf attachment with the acknowledgment email.

Hi Paul - we're sorry to hear about the delay in you receiving your order. Parcelforce tracking shows delivery was attempted on 13/09/2023. We can only apologise on behalf of Parcelforce that an alternative delivery/collection has not been made. Ordered a product which was available online, got told the day after that it may be out of stock but would check, was only told 5 days after ordering that it was out of stock and was a clearance item.

Whilst items are advertised as in stock on our website, they may sell in one of our branches in between us picking your order. In this instance, we will always try to source the item elsewhere which can take a few days whilst we wait for suppliers to get back to us.

Was told expected delivery was last Friday, no show, actually tipped up afternoon of Monday at which point I was in Brighton installing Screwfix (expensive) version. Not happy, caused lot of stress trying to sort replacement.

Hi Kevin - upon looking into this, we can see your order was out for delivery on Friday 16th June as we had sent your order using the next day delivery service with our courier. Unfortunately, this was completely out of our control and can only apologise on behalf of Parcelforce that your order was not delivered on time.

Your snickers work shorts that are advertised at a 30 waist are nowhere near a 30inch waste. Very disappointed

I haven’t received anything yet? You are trying to find a branch with stock as you have run out but still advertise the goods on your website. How can you send a review when I have not received any goods, bizarre, or is that another floor in your website?
