Mistakes can happen from time to time and on this occasion, the faulty item was incorrectly packed. “I ordered an item and then was called to say the item is no longer available and has been discontinued yet the item is still on the website available for order. I also haven't received an update on my refund just was told verbally over the phone.”

“Called up express electrical as my husband told me to get some new smoke alarms for our new house n there was too many to choose from, I was getting so confused but thank god for Kayleigh and her knowledge and help cos she explained all the ones she recommended n made me feel at ease, I left the conversation in a very happy woman, she is a absolute god send to that company she friendly, bubbly and definitely has a personality u won’t forget, thank you Kayleigh ur customer service is 10/10”

“Needed some smokes and remote visual indicators very very urgently. Spoke to Mo and the guy can not do enough for you !!! Confirmed had smokes in stock and rang HISPEC to see what products they did indicator wise !!! Called me back and explained didnt have indicators in stock but then went and sourced them and collected for me. Products were dispatched same day, parcelforce tracking number supplied and I had them on site by 1058 next morning !!!! BOOOOM Genuinely impressed with Mo and the whole experience - Highly recommend 👍”
