“Was what as ordered but ordered on the Sunday way meant to be delivered on Tue job was on Wednesday it turned up on Thursday”

Hi Darrell - we're sorry to hear that your order was not delivered in time. Tracking shows that your order was dispatched using a next day delivery service. However, on this occasion, Parcelforce took longer to deliver. We can only apologise on behalf of the courier and hope this wouldn't effect you shopping with us in the future.

“Very poor from Start to finish. Ordered on Jan 1st. Had a phone call to say they were waiting on 1 item. I said I needed all by the Thursday. If you not then let me know and I will source elsewhere. No phone call so I assumed all was good. Phoned up on the Thursday to doubke check and they said they were still waiting for the part. I had a consumer change to do on the Friday. They assured me it would be delivered pre-9am. I meanwhile sourced the missing item elsewhere. Had a message the following day saying it would be delivered 10:30-11:30. I had to cancel my days work. Not happy at all.”
