“Efficient purchase process. Fortunately my holiday included no mishaps, accidents, or losses, so I never found out how good Explorer staff are when they have to spring into action and sort out claims/problems!”

“Very pleasant to speak to , they offer a good service at a good price.. one thing let them down was the claims department. I had to do a claim for a mist Port of Call on our Cruise, it took 36 days to settle the claim which was paid in full after 3 phone calls and duplicate documents, so I was not pleased about that, other wise I would have given 5*rating”

“I have purchased several single trip policies with Explorer, premiums very competitive. Some months ago I had to make a medical claim that took six months to be paid out, though the claim for the non-medical element was paid out within a few weeks.”
