Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Medical Conditions, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“I have purchased several single trip policies with Explorer, premiums very competitive. Some months ago I had to make a medical claim that took six months to be paid out, though the claim for the non-medical element was paid out within a few weeks.”

“No claim made so unable to comment on how efficient you would handle a claim. Do not like the way premiums are loaded just because l have had cancer, now 3 years clear but still have to pay hefty premium.”
