Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“i had to cancel holiday in April due to the sudden death of my Wife, the initial handling of my claim by Claims Direct for Explorer travel was totally unacceptable and caused me a lot of distress at such a sad time for me. I gave a 'very poor' rating on this site review. Explorer Travel Chief Executive saw my review and telephoned me personnaly to ask about my experience and said he was not happy with my experience and would sort it out personnaly, within 2 days my claim had been approved and paid into my bank Account. Well done to the Chief Executive, that's why my rating has gone up to 'VERY GOOD'”
