Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“Disgraceful experience with explorer. Those who have a good word to say of them appear not to be claims clients. See what happens when you make a claim. Promise after promise to settle and nothing transpires. Do not recommend”

“I have claim on going at the moment . Nobody answers the phone , email auto reply saying I’ll be dealt with in 10 days. Which I have has many times . I have asked for updates. No reply. Lost documents even when sent on email twice . Asked for a call . No response Asked for complaints email and number , no response . This has been going on for 6 weeks . now . Will be forwarding my compliant to the FFS . Terrible customer service .”
