Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“What is there to say really, I requested a quote,which was dealt with in a satisfactory manner. The necessary paperwork was forwarded to me speedily, I paid the money and that was it! Fortunately we had a safe journey so there was nothing else for me to comment on. Based on my experience, I will be in contact with you again if and when the need arises.”

“I have been insuring with Explorer - 3 European holidays per year. Premiums are reasonable (I am 75 years old and my wife 70). However, I have never had to make a claim, so cannot comment on their performance,”
