Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“I have used Explorer Travel Insurance on a few occasions and found them to be very efficient. Unfortunately a couple of years ago whilst on a cruise it was necessary to make a claim, on return from our holiday this was handled without any problem, there was a delay of a few weeks but I am thinking this was due to the claim being checked, after all, there there are many people who do try it on with a false claim. I would add I am using them again this year.”

“Would be better if you could have more than 1 month from the date you buy the insurance for example if I want to go away in December and April next year I would want the cover to start in December not one month from now”
