Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“I have bought policies on several occasions, always online. Because my wife and I have very minor medical conditions, I always declare them. The process is very simple. Prices are competitive. However, as with any Insurance Company the proof of the pudding is their response when a claim is made. Thank goodness I have never been unfortunate enough to have to make a claim, so I am unable to make any comment on how good (or otherwise) this company might be.”

“Using you for the third time. Excellent service subject to the following. Had to make a claim for the second insurance cover. Took weeks to sort although the claim was open and shut. Understood it was the claims dept of the underwriters. Gave a very poor impression of your company. In the end your Man.Dir. sorted within a few days.”
