Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Medical Conditions, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“Extremely easy to set up and appears to cover all my needs. However touch wood have never had to avail myself of your services ( and hopefully never will ) so cannot rate your efficiency in a case of emergency.”

“I purchased my travel insurance as soon as i booked my holiday which was over 6 months prior to my departure. I declared all previous medical conditions. A month before my departure i was referred to hospital for a scan which was unrelated to the previous medical conditions declared. I phoned the company to tell them only to be told they would not insure me for anything related to this scan. Surely this is the reason you take travel insurance out - to cover you for unforeseen problems. It ruined my holiday to Asia knowing that I was not covered. Why did I bother to take out insurance? My policy was a waste of my money, Do NOT buy from this company!”
