“Overall cover good, as it should be, but having had hospital treatment had to fill out the medical questionnaire. Answered all the questions about my successful medical treatment but the answers still added nearly £50 to my annual policy. This I find unfair as there isn't the important question " are you cured" or "was the operation successful". On querying this with Explorer Travel I was simply told " we don't do the questions, they are drawn up by a panel of experts". Experts who were obviously tasked with getting the premiums raised rather than obtaining an unbiased opinion.”

“Always go with Explora Travel. Find it easy to do on line and les expensive than others. Have never had to make a claim so can't comment on that!”
