Explorer Travel Insurance has been trading since 2011 and specialises in great value Single Trip, Annual Multi Trip, Winter Sports, Cruise and Backpacker travel insurance.

Buy direct and choose from up to 5 levels of cover with the added peace of mind that all policies are underwritten by Allianz (the world's largest insurer) and include gadget and cruise cover as standard.

We are based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex and are very proud of the excellent levels of service we provide to our customers both online and by our friendly and professional sales advisors. We don't have a maximum age limit for single trip policies and can offer cover for customers with, or without, pre-existing medical conditions.

“Have used Explorer Travel insurance for a number of years as policy prices are reasonable and the whole purchasing system is easy. Of course the only true test of any insurance company is how they respond to claims. Thankfully I've never had to make claim so cannot comment on the process.”

“I thought this quote seemed reasonable although we all like to pay less! Cruise cover and HBP medical issue were included Can’t review how good it is to pay out been fortunate not to have made a claim Would be good if there were rewards reduction if I purchased with them next time to get a discount for previous customer with “no claims bonus”!!”

“Had it last year and didn't need to claim but felt r reassured by cover so taken for just one trip this year. Because of our age and despte we've never made a claim it just goes up so much that it will become more costly and difficult to travel.”

“As I haven’t needed to make a claim, thankfully, I can only comment on the purchasing process. I have this to be very straightforward and efficient with the medical screening easy. Overall a very good service and whilst not the cheapest it still represents excellent value and gives peace of mind when travelling.”
