“A straight forward, easy to understand application procedure; specific questions with detailed requirements explained in simple terms. Age and medical requirements all covered whether for cruising or land travel and cost are very competitive.”

“I tried to organise the insurance over the phone but the lady I spoke to was pedantic and not terribly helpful. I had to make a trip to the surgery to get the exact name of the diagnosis for one of my tablets. She would not accept my assurance that the problem wasn't serious at all. I had to get the assistant manager here to help me do it on line. It caused me some unwanted stress. I have never had to claim on my insurance.”

“I completed the form on line but did on 2 occasions speak with your office who understood my questions and sorted 3 issues I had to complete the form. It was also satisfying that they accepted my wife's and I medical conditions by just answering the questions that were asked truthfully.”
