“I tried to organise the insurance over the phone but the lady I spoke to was pedantic and not terribly helpful. I had to make a trip to the surgery to get the exact name of the diagnosis for one of my tablets. She would not accept my assurance that the problem wasn't serious at all. I had to get the assistant manager here to help me do it on line. It caused me some unwanted stress. I have never had to claim on my insurance.”

“As a cancer survivor finding reasonably priced travel insurance can be difficult. I find Explorer to be fair in how it deals with people on an individual basis and would have no hesitation in recommending their policies. Over the past eleven years I have enjoyed many overseas holidays including Europe and the USA,”
