“It's my first time to purchase and definitely it won't be the last time. They were able to dispatch my customized pen in less than 24 hours, good packaging and the most important thing the product itself is really good. Shipping time to the Philippines took 20 days. It's okay, its worth the wait tho. Overall, I would rate 5/5.”

“Would have been 5 but, due to lack of packaging, the plastic case for the pen was broken. If it had been destined as gift it would have had to be broken. Not good at all.”
