“I found the company via the internet as I was becoming desperate for refills following local shop closures. My order was processed promptly then I had doubts about having ordered the correct refill and by arrangement the goods were returned only to find that my doubts were unfounded. “Service was top class and the personalised note was welcomed! There was an issue with the actual product however: the stitching for the inside pocket came apart almost immediately. At the risk of of it ending it up in a landfil which often can happens at the of returns processes I super glued the seem back together and it functions just fine :)”
