“My Sheaffer pen, bought as a set with a pencil in the '60's, stopped filling for a second time, so contacted EPD who had a look at the problem. They reported a number of reasons could be the problem. I gave permission for them to do whatever was required to make a favourite pen use able once more and the pen was returned in a few days.”

“I purchased the pen for my son's forthcoming 40th birthday. I also had it engraved. I was very pleased and delighted with the engraving and the pen. It was very professional. As his birthday is not for a few weeks yet, he has not seen the pen, but I'm sure he will love it. Thank you also for the packet of sweets. It was very thoughtful.
