“I was looking for a Parker special edition pen - found it on the Executive Pens web site and at a much lower price than expected. So, of course, I had to buy more ! Delivery came in a couple of days and well secured. Also, rather nicely in the eBay age of no communication, came with a "thank you for using us" letter. It's small things like this that make you order again - and I have. It's also a major bonus that the web site is easy to navigate and the products well photographed.”
