We offer a personalised engraving service for most of our products. Our engraved pens make the perfect gifts for birthdays, Christmas and graduation and our engraving is done in-house so orders are shipped quickly and efficiently. In addition there are no minimum order requirements so you can purchase 1-1000 engraved pens. If you would like a price for a bulk quote please contact us as we can offer great discounts.

“The pencil case is of good quality and came at a decent price. However, despite the website suggesting the item was in stock, it turned out not to be and its eventual delivery came quite a few days after my wife's birthday when, obviously, it was meant to be a present given on the day. The customer services agent was understanding when I phoned (before the birthday, to find out its expected arrival date and said he would look to see if there could be some form of recompense. I heard nothing else but there was a small pack of Haribo's in the parcel so that might have been it. :|”

“I Ordered this journal in purple for a friend's birthday, who loves purple. On opening the box, which was packaged very well. The Journal was absolutely beautiful and even better in person, I had her name put on it for that extra special occasion. Hi Klara I am very sorry that your item didn't arrive. The parcel was returned to us as undeliverable by the Royal Mail, which usually means there is an issue with the address. We have reached out to you via email and telephone call to try and confirm the delivery address, but as yet have been unable to reach you. Are you able to give us a call or drop us an email to confirm the delivery address and recipient for us and we will happily resend the parcel out on an express service.
