Having paid for next day delivery I still have not received the scarf I purchased . Neither is there any up to date tracking information. This was a Christmas present and the recipient returns to the Netherlands on 2/1/24 . Very dis appointing and I have received no reply to my email.

The shirt looks completely different colour to the one that arrived. It was the correct name but the shirt in the picture look much lighter and that’s what I thought I bought

On 8/12/23 my order for the 11 degrees cobalt hoodie size M was confirmed. Today my parcel arrived with a completely different colour to what I ordered. My Son's 18th Birthday is tomorrow & I do not even have the top i ordered!! This was my first time shopping with you & I'm very disappointed. I would like it replaced for what I ordered ASAP maybe I can at least give it to him gor Christmas.

Returned an item and did not get refunded accordingly. I paid 63.40 and should have been refunded that minus the 4 euro return fee. Will not be using them again and do NOT RECOMMEND unfortunately.

I never received my items. This is the first time ordering from the site and it was a gift for my nephew that unfortunately, i won't have in time for my upcoming party, beyond disappointed and would like a full refund.

Nice shop downstairs. Upstairs personnel are ignorant, arrogant, unhelpful and forgetful.... unless perhaps your a professional sportsperson. Go to Watsons on the main St in Letterkenny if you want a professionally tailored suit and great customer experience!!

Took far too long for items to arrive, although it was over Christmas and postal strikes so could have been because of that but I’ve now returned 1 of the pairs of trainers and I’ve lost £3.50 for returning them. I wasn’t made aware of this when I ordered them so I won’t be ordering from Evolve again.

Purchased a jacket on 18th December with an understanding that it was close to Christmas so it may take a little longer than normal to get to me. 21 days later and the tracking still says that it is sitting in the United Kingdom - cleared and waiting international departure since Dec 31st. This is a totally unacceptable delay for this day and age when I received an item from a rival UK company within 10 days. Evolve need to reassess their distribution channels if they want a higher rank than 1 out of 5.
