I didn’t expect to pay £14,30 for the return. In the email I received when ordered the shoes is said that you keep £3 from the refund. This is a total disinformation and disrespect for the costumer

Bought a shirt advertised as large. Didn't state that it was slim fit. No use to me.

Very poor! I placed an order and was emailed later on the following day to inform me they didn’t have the item I’d ordered.

Paid for 48 hour recorded delivery and the item came well after 4 days later. Was disappointed in the speed of the service.

Ordered a waistcoat on Feb 8th. Feb 11th it was was shipped with DHL (Evolve says). Still haven’t received it. The tracking number doesn’t exist with DHL.

Other problems for my order. After 5 days of waiting for the products to ship, they put an order value of 922€ instead of € 335. Now I have to pay the taxes (22.4%). The things with this site does seem to be good. They keep saying "due to covid" but these are just lies. I want a refund of taxes that I have to pay more if u don't change the order value. 0 stars!

I do apologize sincerely for the delay. As for the customs error, DHL has treated the overall price of your order, as the price per unit within the order. As you ordered 3 pieces, they have tripled the overall total of your order causing the issue with customs. On Friday evening, we contacted DHL with a revised invoice and were told the issue was resolved. However, one hour ago we received the following notification from DHL: “Unfortunately, DHL in Albania has advised due to customs regulations, they cannot accept a revised invoice and only can return or destroy this shipment. Can you please advise what you wish to do?” If you are happy to take the refund on the amount owed, we can do that and follow up with DHL ourselves and resolve this issue. Please get back to us on the original email thread and let us know what you would like to do. Thanks, Evolve Customer Service
It's been already 5 days & the order it's still on "processing". The support keep answering the same automated responses, nothing useful. Bad review till now. Hope something will change for my order of 335€.

Returned some trainers that cost £64 and had an email saying I’ve been refunded £56! It says on there website they deduct £3 from refunds to cover postage costs doesn’t say £8! Bad customer service… Order Returned: ID 131776
