I ordered three items but only received two items in the post. I've contacted Evolve three times to try and resolve this but have had no response. Really upsetting.

Hi Ivane, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Your order was dispatched from our warehouse with DHL an August the 8th, I would absolutely have expected the item to be with you by now. I do see from your tracking however that the item has not been scanned. Please bear with me and I will reach out to you from our customer service email once I have further information. My sincere apologies for the delay.
Worst experience ever , sent different style to order ,replacement took over a week after been assured it was on its way the same day , took 3 phone calls to sort out

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Unfortunately the original item that was ordered was mislabeled which caused the incorrect item to be dispatched to you. We totally accept that we are at fault and this mistake should have been caught before the item was dispatched to you. I believe during your first phone call there was either a small miscommunication or misunderstanding. It is company policy that an item is returned before a replacement is dispatched. As soon as we received the incorrect item back, the correct item was dispatched to your address. My apologies if this was not clear. Thanks,
I WAS EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED WITH MY FIRST AND HONESTLY LAST PURCHASE, I RANG BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER TO CONFIRM THE ITEM I WAS ORDERING WAS EXACTLY AS I REQUIRED TO DISCOVER IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I DIDN'T WANT!! THEN TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE IT COST ME £10 TO RETURN THE ITEM, THEN AS IF THAT WASN'T BAD ENOUGH YOU CONTINUED TO DEDUCT MY CREDIT BY A FURTHER £4, YOU ACTUALLY RUINED MY PARTNERS BIRTHDAY SURPRISE, THE EXPERIENCE WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING WITH YOU EVER!!

Hi Mandy, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. My apologies on the delay in getting back to you however I had to confirm a few things with the manufacturer of the garment before I could reach out . The Tommy Hilfiger bootcut jeans you had ordered are not a relaxed fit despite the stitching on the pocket, I do realize this is rather confusing as this is a new addition to these jeans despite them being manufactured for quite some time. After having spoken with a representative from Tommy Hilfiger, we have been advised that this is being removed from the garment as it is causing confusion with customers across all Tommy Hilfiger resellers. Bootcut jeans in general are a more relaxed fit than a standard straight fit jean, Tommy Hilfiger had decided to display this on the jeans to convey this to customers however it has just caused confusion. We do provide a prepaid returns label for Ireland, Northern Ireland & the United Kingdom, £3 is then deducted from the returns value to help cover the cost of the return. If your item was returned via an alternate method, this should not have happened and I will refund the remaining value of your order immediately. My sincere apologies for any distress this has caused you.

Hi Simon, We do again apologize for not being able to dispatch your suit. Our quality control team deemed the item unfit to be dispatched as the garments had been over-pressed by the manufacturer causing large irremovable white stripes to display throughout the garment. At the time of purchase, we unfortunately were not able to get a replacement as it was last sizes available. Your refund was processed the same day we reached out to you regarding the issue. Hopefully the refund would have come through in the next 5 working days. If it has not please don't hesitate to let us know.

Terrible customer service, items sent to a completely different address and was asked to deal with the delivers myself and also go to collect the parcel from the address it was sent to incorrectly. This was the first and last time I will use this company.

2 day delivery turned out they ship out the third day. Arrives in 7 days. No European sizing so I can't even wear the clothes
