“I would have originally given 2 stars as my order was not sent out until I rang and then was told the jacket I ordered was gone but Travis was so helpful in sorting me out and apologising and helped me choose another jacket that for that level of customer service I had to give 4 stars. “Do not use, for a small company they do not check their products before sending out . They do not compensate you for their errors . To put people out in this pandemic is shocking . Sending clothes out still with security tags . Making people are isolating go out to return because of their errors . Totally distasteful”
