Good prices but poor communication during returns process

Still have yet to receive the item, stuck at the post office. Update: Package has finally been received after 4 weeks (Canada), but unable to register with Secrid for some reason for extra 1 year warranty

I like what you sell and I regularly buy suit items. However, your £4 return deduction puts me off buying more as I do not want to be out of pocket or penalised for trying your clothes.

The shoes are of good quality, but for me they are too wide, which affects the comfort of walking. You have the feeling that they are about to fall off your foot.

The colour of the shirt online was very different to the colour in real life. I thought I was buying a rust coloured orange, when it turned out to be a much paler, almost coral orange.

I was happy with evolves pricing and delivery but was very dissatisfied with the jeans I ordered having a fault. I had ordered them for a weekend away. I have had to source some elsewhere and will be returning the ones from yourselves. Why this obvious fault wasn't picked up us beyond me.

Not evolve clothing fault but the leather laces in Tommy Hilfiger boat shies snapped on first wear - disappointing in view of price

Ordering was easy enough, it’s the shipping option that I’m not too happy with. There should be paid options to receive shipment faster and/or more transparency to see where orders are in the process. I’m still waiting to know when my shipment will be here.

No problem with Evolve clothing but won't be ordering from them again as the courier you use are horrible to deal with. The courier said they tried to deliver & left calling card, I was home all day, no card left, double checked my home cctv and no one had made any attempt to deliver my parcel. When I emailed them this they send back a standard email to say rearrange my delivery. I did this for the next but they then changed the delivery to 2 days later with no notification. Sorry but too much stress and hassle.

Quality of Tommy Bowe puffer jacket is great but sizing us all wrong. Husband always wears XL but this jacket would maybe close on a Medium? Disappointed but service good
