Ordered a Christmas present and still hasn’t arrived. No response to my emails or fb messages! Not happy what a waste of money

Wasn’t to pleased, when I received my trainers they had to marks on them. So had to send them back and now I have to wait for my refund .

Hello, September 29 ordered jeans G-Star type 49 size 34-30. Still haven't received anything,I understood that there was a strike at.the post office that the takes a little longer I can understand, but why i still haven't received anything I thought it took a long time. Disappointing return policy. Created the return within 14 days of arrival, but only received a refund in form of credit. The other shirt has a thread hanging off the side that I just noticed wearing it the first time now. However, I don't plan to contact support for that, because the return policy was already enough. AGAIN return policy is really below any standard in 2022 (plus you are charged). If you are looking for alternatives, there are lots. From A like Asos to Z like Zalando ;)
